A warm welcome to Tyne-Castle Lodge in 2010!

We welcome visiting brethren to our website as warmly as we do to our lodge meetings but of course anyone, Masonic or otherwise, can visit this site and we hope it will kindle a genuine interest in the work of Freemasons to all our website visitors.

On behalf of Tyne-Castle Lodge, I welcome you to browse through our website, and I invite you to come back often.

It is an honour and a privilege for me to serve Tyne-Castle lodge as master for the 2010 Masonic year. I am looking forward to this year greatly and will make every effort to maintain the fine tradition that has been established by my predecessors.

My aim as master in 2010 is to ensure the continued success of the lodge, to build upon the wonderful work and strong foundations created by those who went before me and to ensure the prosperity and harmony of our lodge in the exciting year ahead - and beyond.

To the wider community, and in particular, those brethren who visit us from constitutions throughout the country and the world, on behalf of myself as Worshipful Master and the brethren of Tyne-Castle lodge, please accept our heartfelt thanks for supporting and attending our lodge during the past year. My fervent wish is that you will return to Tyne-Castle this year.

As always, all regular masons are invited to our meetings and your visits ensure a wonderful evening is enjoyed by all. We are nothing without our visitors, with this in mind I hope you will make a special effort to join us this year in our meetings and perhaps dine with us at our most convivial festive board.

One final note, I wish to express my genuine and sincere thanks to all involved for the dignified manner in which the installation ceremony was carried out on Tuesday 26th January 2010. It was a credit to them and was fully appreciated by all the brethren in attendance.
